About Me

My photo
Jackie A
I completed my first 5K on September 7, 2009. I ran my first mile April 15, 2009. On April 30, 2009, I ran 2 miles non-stop. On May 12, I ran 3.2 miles non-stop. Now I'm up to running continuously for 4 miles. 2011 update: up to running one hour and 20 minutes (non stop). Hope to run another race or two this year, in fact I'm training for a 10K. Plan to run a marathon by age 65 in 2012.
